Shipping

We believe in our products and value the happiness of our customers.
At cyclingthruparts.com, we work with manufacturers across the world to source quality products at the prices that suit you.

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world – from Thailand and China to Morocco. However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.

Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

Processing Time for Most Orders is 3 – 5 Business Days

Please understand that, the time frame estimated in our shipping options (2-3 Weeks) does NOT include our shipping and processing time range ( 1 to 5 business days ). Once you receive shipment confirmation, allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive.

Please note that all Accessories May Ship separately as we work with a few different manufacturers.

Important:

*Please note these are ONLY estimated delivery times. Cyclingthruparts.com does NOT guarantee delivery dates. We will ALWAYS do everything in our power to deliver on or before your delivery dates.

Always double check and make sure your shipping information is accurate. In the event we need additional information to complete an order, ―Usually because of incorrect and/or missing information― you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us . Issues like these may delay processing, shipment, and therefore delivery of your order. Cyclingthruparts.com is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

*Your local customs office may require additional time to clear your package, which may also delay the estimated delivery time.

Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
